We are pleased to announce the successful succession plan for Vogel Kunststoffe AG in Dittingen, effective 1 January 2026.
Following the founding of Vogel Kunststoffe AG and the management buy-out of the production in 2021, founder and owner Marcel Wiss has decided to sell a substantial part of his shares to Packaging Group AG in Zug.
Vogel Kunststoffe AG will continue to operate independently at its Dittingen location. Marcel Wiss will remain with the company as Managing Director, Member of the Board of Directors, and shareholder.
We are delighted to welcome both existing and new employees to Packaging Group AG. Together with its subsidiaries BVS Packaging Group AG, Equisa AG, Carlo Volponi SA, Frima Pac AG, and Finser Packaging SA, Vogel Kunststoffe AG will be integrated under the umbrella of Packaging Group AG in Zug.
From 2026, the group will generate a consolidated turnover of approximately CHF 100 million and operate at 13 different locations across Switzerland, Germany, Austria, and Italy, with around 200 employees. We look forward to offering our customers a broad range of products and services in the packaging sector through this new partnership.
